JOINTS HISTORY
It was on August 7, 2006 when Josenian Industrial Technocrats Society (JOINTS) became a registered and official organization of the University of San Jose - Recoletos that unites all Industrial Engineers of the institution.

“JOINTS” is coined to cloth the mere idea with a tangible façade – an identity. JOINTS stand for both literal and the technical meaning of the organization. Literal in the sense that it serves as an avenue to reach out to all other Industrial Engineers and the would-be outside the institution, in a “joint” attempt to achieve excellence in the field; and technically because it stands for “JOsenian INdustrial Technocrats Society”, which is undeniably composed of well chosen words to embody the true essence of the organization.
JOINTS is run primarily by an elite group of IE students, who does all the planning for the organization and regards the advisers as overseers/approval personnel of all the proposed and planned activities. It is an organization that cultivates independence among its constituents.

The organization is the physical manifestation of all dreams and ideals of a group of IE teaching personnel for an organization, benchmarking it from all other IE based campus organizations. At the present, the organization is catering to majority of the IE students and expanded its scope outside the campus, especially those who needed improvement most.
